of Reference:
“The
Sub-Committee will identify incentives for the use of recycled
materials and disincentives for the landfill of readily recyclable
C&D Waste materials. It should seek to obtain private
and public support for Research and Development into markets
for recycled C&D Waste products and seek to optimise the
recycling of C&D Waste within public contracts. The Sub-Committee
will examine existing standards/specifications and/or introduce
new standards/specifications in order to facilitate more extensive
and appropriate use of recycled C&D Waste materials.”
