of Reference:
“The Sub-Committee will carry
out a fundamental review of all Waste Management legislation
with a view to establishing a coherent, rigid framework. It
will facilitate the prompt closure of unauthorised C&D
Waste management facilities, monitor the enforcement of Waste
Collection Permit Regulations which control the movement of
C&D Waste and streamline the procedures for the authorisation
of C&D Waste recycling facilities.”
